qqaa Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using the qqaa platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the qqaa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and qqaa (the platform operator). qqaa reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the qqaa platform. Registration requires submission of accurate personal information, including a valid email address, full name, date of birth, and a secure password. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete at the time of registration and remains accurate throughout the life of your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qqaa will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify qqaa customer support immediately. qqaa will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• Multiple accounts registered by the same person (using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers) are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, qqaa reserves the right to close all related accounts and confiscate any balances held across those accounts.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignment to another person are strictly prohibited. Your account is personal to you and may not be used by any other individual under any circumstance.

qqaa implements identity verification (KYC) procedures as part of account registration and ongoing account management. You consent to these procedures by creating an account. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and, where applicable, proof of source of funds.

All financial transactions on the qqaa platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qqaa accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi payment channels. Accepted methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by qqaa and displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction. These minimums are subject to change at qqaa's discretion. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the original deposit, or to an alternative method verified by qqaa as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period. qqaa aims to process all eligible withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the account.
• qqaa reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These thresholds are set in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits made using bonuses or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonuses and Promotions section below. No withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. qqaa reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where the platform determines that terms have been abused.

qqaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and may be activated by contacting customer support or through the account settings page.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period. Reductions are effective immediately.
• Session time limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be logged out automatically, helping prevent extended unplanned gambling sessions.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the qqaa platform. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended, and you will not receive any marketing communications from qqaa. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.
• Reality checks: Optional session-duration notifications remind you how long you have been playing during a session, giving you the opportunity to pause and reflect before continuing.

All content on the qqaa platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the property of qqaa or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the qqaa platform, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use of the platform. The qqaa brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of qqaa and may not be used without prior written permission.

qqaa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are among the grounds on which such action may be taken, though this list is not exhaustive.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited activity as described in Section 7 of these terms.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider, or notification from a payment provider that your account or payment method has been flagged for suspicious activity.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at qqaa's discretion. Where an account is closed at qqaa's initiative without player fault, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

qqaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice to individual players. Any material change will be reflected in a revised version of this document published on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the qqaa platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms in full. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account by contacting customer support at [email protected].
